Senior A & B Level:
These groups are for swimmers with enough swimming background to handle sophisticated practices. Within the senior practices, there may be as many as three different workouts being done simultaneously to cater to the needs of each swimmer. All High School swimmers are considered senior swimmers. Practices are offered 5 times per week. Swimmers should attend as often as possible. Dry-land practices are offered 2-3 times per week also.

Age Group Levels:

Platinum: Swimmers in this group are being groomed for senior level swimming. Refinement of each stroke and turn is addressed. Continued pace work and training are stressed to assure faster swimming at meets. Swimmers should attend practice 4-5 times per week. Practice is offered 5 times per week. Swim meet participation is recommended at this level.

Gold: This group is for swimmers who show a basic understanding of the four strokes and turns and can perform them legally in meets and practices. Pace work and some limited training are introduced. These swimmers should attend practice 3-4 times per week. Practice is offered 5 times per week. Swim meet participation is recommended at this level.

Silver: This group is for the swimmer with a basic understanding of each stroke. This is a fun teaching group, concentrating on competitive swimming basics. Continued teaching of the four strokes and turns is stressed in this level. It is recommended that swimmers practice at least 3 times per week. Practice is offered 5 times per week. Swim meet participation is encouraged at this level.

Bronze: This is our entry-level group for swimmers still learning each stroke. It is an introduction to competitive swimming. Fun, fun, and fundamentals are stressed! It is recommended that swimmers attend practice 2 times per week. Practice is offered 4 times per week.

Maintenance: Any swimmer wanting to stay in shape may swim maintenance. During maintenance, a swimmer is not allowed to compete in meets. A maintenance swimmer can attend up to 3 practices a week.


Note: All swimmer placements within a group are determined by the coaching staff.

Swimmers may be moved to different groups throughout the swim season, depending upon their individual progression. Any new fees for the more advanced group will not go into effect for that swimmer until a new session begins.
