NBSC Coaching Staff
We feel that the New Berlin Swim Club offers one of the finest coaching staffs in Wisconsin swimming. All of our coaches are certified in life-guarding, CPR, First Aid, and Safety Training for Swim Coaches. Please feel free to talk with any of our coaches except during actual practice times, as they are busy attending to the needs of our swimmers.
Peter Zenobi - Head Coach
Peter Zenobi is our Head Coach. Peter has years of experience as a Head Coach of both Club and High School teams. He is a physical education teacher. Pete also boasts a fine college swimming career being named an All-American at Stevens Point.
Nicole Tew - Age Group / Head 8 & Under Coach
Coach Nicki is in her sixth year with the program. She was an All-American swimmer at Northern Michigan University and even swam as an age group swimmer for NBSC! Coach Nicki has worked over the years with all of the club's training groups. She has developed one of the finer 8 & Under groups around. She boasts a high retention rate for new swimmers and the future of our club rests with her.
Greg Schultz - Age Group Coach
Coach Greg has been working with our Age Group swimmers and coaching with NBSC for over three years. He loves kids and enjoys encouraging them as they progress in their stroke development. Greg is also the Head Swim Coach for both the Boys and Girls Swim Teams at Martin Luther High School. Prior to that, Greg spent two years coaching the Girls swim team, and one year coaching the boys at New Berlin West High School. Greg is a full time professor at Carroll College.
Aimee Kaczmarek- Age Group Coach West Allis
Aimee has been swimming with NBSC since 2001. She made the Varsity West Allis Wave High School team as a freshman. She went from swimming the 200 IM to now swimming the Middle distance events the 200 Free and the 500 Free along with being on the 200 and the 400 Free relay teams. Aimee started volunteering teaching Swim lessons at the YMCA when she was 15 and is now employed at the YMCA and teaching swim lessons and Lifeguarding. Aimee is planning on attending College when she graduates in 2008 and wants to become a Pediatric Doctor. She enjoys teaching the young swimmer proper stroke technique by actually getting in the pool and working with them. Aimee loves working with kids and asks that any parents that have questions please ask her either before or after practice.
